PACE provides outreach and application assistance (by appointment) to any person under age 65 who is without health insurance and who would like to apply to the MassHealth Program.

MassHealth is a state funded health insurance program with a full range of benefits. Eligibility is based on income and family criteria.

The Health Care Access also provides information pertaining to free health care and dental programs for the uninsured.
